Understanding TAC

THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND OUR COALITION

Our deeper purpose is exemplified in three pillars: Image Development, Arts, and Media design.

Our Mind Is An Art, Our Art Is Who We Are

We believe the mind is the central part of the preparation for performances. Our mind processes our experiences and connects us to a sense of healing through artistic expression. Arts therapy and mental health are integral parts of TAC but not seen as separate programs; instead they are at the core of our creative process. Every play performed by TAC is based on real experiences led by the actors portraying the parts. We see it as a means of helping people channel their pain into passionate, powerful performances.

We are the mirror of our souls

Our last step is image. Imagery  deals with physical appearance such as fashion and styling, but just as importantly with the hard work of  self-awareness, empowering self-confidence, we push our artists to dream bigger dreams for oneself. This ongoing process of self development ties back into the process of the mind and mental health.

We create the stage, we perform for the world
